The Marshfield Rotary Club recently celebrated its annual Passing the Gavel ceremony, a long-standing tradition that honors the dedication of outgoing leadership and welcomes a new chapter of service. During the event, 2024–2025 President Denise Sonnemann officially handed the gavel to 2025–2026 President Darla Leick.

Denise was recognized for her leadership over the past year. As Darla steps into the role, she brings with her a passion for community engagement and a commitment to continuing Rotary’s mission of service above self. The ceremony marked not only a change in leadership but also a renewed energy as the club looks ahead to another year of making a difference in Marshfield and beyond.
