Strategic Planning Kicks Off with Energizing SWOT Session
Our Rotary Club recently launched the first phase of our strategic planning journey with a dynamic SWOT Analysis session - and the energy in the room was palpable! Members rotated through four themed tables, focused on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This interactive format sparked lively conversations and idea-sharing, with everyone contributing insights from different perspectives.
