Tiffany Ringer, Wood County Register of Deeds joined Sunrise Rotary this morning. Local Government is pretty interesting and she’s doing some great things for the County to make processes easier with a focus on great service. The Register of Deeds office is responsible for maintaining records related to the following legal documents:
- Deeds & Mortgages
- Land Contracts
- Uniform Commercial Code Filings
- Conditional Sales Contracts
- Bills of Sale
- Copies of Birth, Death, Marriage, Divorce & Domestic Partnership Certificates
- Soldiers Discharge
