The Marshfield Rotary Foundation is the charitable engine behind Marshfield Rotary's work — the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that receives, manages, and distributes the funds that make our club's local and international projects possible.

We provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.
What the Foundation Does
The Marshfield Rotary Foundation serves as the fiscal agent for Marshfield Rotary's charitable giving. That means it's responsible for receiving and distributing the funds raised through:
Rotary Winter Wonderland, our signature community fundraiser
- Marshfield Rotary Projects, throughout the year
Dollars raised through these efforts flow through the Foundation and back out into the community — funding the local and global projects Marshfield Rotary is proud to support, from scholarships and youth programs to service initiatives here at home and around the world.
Governance & Accountability
The Marshfield Rotary Foundation is governed by a board of directors made up of the same board that leads Marshfield Rotary Club — with one intentional exception. The Foundation's Treasurer is a separate individual from the Club Treasurer, a structure designed to strengthen financial oversight and avoid any conflict of interest between the two entities.
This structure keeps the Foundation closely aligned with the club's mission and priorities, while maintaining a clear separation of financial duties and an added layer of accountability for how funds are managed.
