The Marshfield Sunrise Rotary Club has been recognized as a ShelterBox HERO for Rotary Year 2019-2020. ShelterBox is a global organization made up of people who believe in shelter as a human right – that shelter from the chaos of disaster and conflict is vital. Sunrise Rotary has made contributions for many years to the ShelterBox cause of providing shelter and basic needs to people around the world affected by natural disasters and other causes of displacement.
Rotary joins other international agencies in providing immediate relief to disaster survivors through our partnership with ShelterBox and mobilizing our expertise to support long-term recovery and rebuilding efforts.
